🔥 YOU HEAR THE GROOVE. BUT CAN YOU PLAY THE DRIVE?

I’m challenging musicians from EVERY GENRE to jump on “Drive My Car Revisited” from Legacy In Motion and show me what YOU can do with it.

I don’t want you to copy me.

FLIP IT. 🔥

PUT SOME GO-GO ON IT. 🥁
MAKE IT YOUR OWN.

Jazz. Gospel. R&B. Funk. Rock. Classical. Go-Go. Hip-Hop. Latin. Fusion.

I DON’T CARE WHAT GENRE YOU PLAY — I WANT TO HEAR YOUR SOUND.

🎥 Record yourself playing to the track.
🔥 Post your Reel.
🎺 Tag Syreeta Thompson | Trumpet Lady.
👥 Then #TagAMusician who thinks they can bring even MORE heat.

And musicians…

If she plays like that one more time, it’s going to cause a whole earthquake with how amazing she is! You betta play sis!!! 🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺

I am so grateful to be asked by @dorindaclarkcole Clark-Cole to assist her with pulling together women musicians for SMAC!

Thank you Dr. Dorinda for this wonderful opportunity! When you thought things couldn’t get any better, by God’s grace things went so well the opening night of the conference, that she asked us to get the women together again. We did @doobiepowell Powell’s Arrangement of Amazing Grace, and we made it our own.

I am so grateful to work with @mstrinatrine, @derestcraig and Syreeta Thompson to pull all of the ladies together to rehearse. It was a great collective.

I want to thank God for all of my sisters from another mister of ministering together. This was so wild and such an amazing experience for me, I am going to release segments from Friday night over the course of the next couple of days.
