What it’s like to join my signature sound healing session… ✨
Held in this beautiful, calming space at @1hotel.mayfair, scented with @diptyque candles, we start with a little introduction and then move into intention setting, meditation and a palo santo cleanse. Then the sound healing begins and I use @crystaltones alchemy bowls. These are the highest quality bowls, handmade in Utah from pure quartz and infused with precious metals and other crystals, such as smokey quartz and labradorite. My practice focuses on grounding, finding balance, and reconnecting to yourself and your intuition. Then I bring you back into the room with the sounds of the Koshi chime and a grounding practice, and we finish with a little question time and talking through your experience. I’ve loved the magic of sound healing for many years, but 2024 was the year that I took a leap of faith and found my calling by sharing this incredible practice with so many of you! I’ve never felt happier in my career, and the real magic comes from being part of these experiences with YOU, hearing your stories, helping you to find balance and to reconnect to your intuition. I’m so excited for what’s to come… ✨

As part of London Climate Action Week, we partnered with @oceanic.global and @stephaniewaxberg to create an immersive evening of sound healing, reflection, and connection.
