I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been sitting on this video for a minute because I was nervous to post it. 😭

This isn’t my first weight loss journey, and putting myself out there AGAIN feels very vulnerable. There’s always that little voice like… what if I don’t ever get the results i want?

But sometimes you just gotta do it scared and see what happens 😂

I don’t know exactly what the end of this journey will look like, but I’m committed to seeing it through.

So… welcome to Becoming an Athlete… Again. 🥹🏃🏾‍♀️

If you’re trying to become a stronger version of yourself too, Come along for the ride 🤍 #hybridathletetraining #hybridathlete #hyrox #bodytransformation by @stephaniiish

I was already a shopaholic… and then I became a runner 💀😂 Now I can’t stop buying running gear.

Latest @lululemon haul 🏃🏾‍♀️✨

🏃🏾‍♀️ Shake It Out High-Rise Running Short 2.5” — had to get them in blue AND black
👟 Beyondfeel Men’s Running Shoe — the women’s were sold out in my size, so we improvised 😂
🧢 Fast and Free Ponytail Running Hat — sooo cute!

Took everything out for a test run at run club and I’m obsessed with this blue on me 😍 I got so many compliments!

Happy Sunday ☀️

Just a little reminder to myself, and maybe to someone else who needs it too: God got you. Alwaysssss.

Sometimes life gets busy, we get distracted, and we may even stray away or forget to talk to Him the way we should. But somehow, we always find our way back. And I’m just grateful that no matter how many times I do, God is still there. 🥹

So this is my reminder to myself to keep God close through all of it; not just when life gets hard and I need Him, but when life is good too. Through the highs, the lows, the uncertainty, the answered prayers, and the prayers I’m still waiting on.

Keep God by your side through the good and the bad. He’s got you. 🤍🙏🏾
