I believe online business should create more possibilities—not more pressure to become someone you’re not.
I see a future where women do not have to choose between meaningful work and a meaningful life.

Where earning and creating can exist alongside raising children, caring for family, protecting your health, making time for community, and being present for the parts of life that cannot be measured.

I believe families need more coherence, not more pressure to perform every role perfectly.

I believe children deserve education that makes room for curiosity, creativity, practical wisdom, and different ways of learning.

I believe travel can expand how we understand the world—and ourselves.

I believe community matters, especially in a culture that often encourages us to do everything alone.

And I believe people deserve clear, honest ways to learn about building online income without being pushed by hype or unrealistic promises.

That is part of why I care about automated systems, practical pathways, support, and community.

The right structure can make it easier to see what to do next.
The right learning environment can make it easier to ask questions, keep going, and take responsibility for your own progress.

It will still require effort, experimentation, and learning.
But it does not have to be confusing, isolating, or built around sacrificing everything else that matters.

I’m building an online business that reflects these values—and collaborating with others to create useful opportunities and experiences along the way.

More choice.
More clarity.
More room for family, creativity, learning, community, and freedom.

One of my kids had a moment the other day.

And I felt myself start to go into a story about it — the fix-it, do-something, make-this-stop story that lives in most of us as mothers.

I caught myself.

And what I keep coming back to is this shift — from the doing state to the being state. Doing as reacting, managing, fixing. Being as something else entirely. It's coherence. The field where all things are possible. It's the place my kids get to come back to as their natural state — and the truth is, it's the place I get to orient to as my baseline as the regulator of the home.

Easier said than done. But absolutely possible. I'll just leave it there.

But there have been real paradigm shifts in how I approach motherhood — ways of thinking and being that have actually transformed my experience of this, not just my behavior in it. A few of them:

— My job isn't to keep my kids from ever being dysregulated. It's to be coherent myself so they have somewhere to come back to.

— Doing state fixes the moment. Being state changes the pattern.

— Identity built from performance has a ceiling. Identity built from coherence doesn't.

-Close relationships + sisterhood are nature's finest medicine and can collapse the timeline from here to there bc the co-regulation that emerges.

More on this soon. This is the framework I've been quietly building — for them, and honestly, for me too.

Hey there. I’ve mostly shared my family here for the last several years, and that’s not going away.

But something is shifting

This is becoming a place where I get to co-create with those who find me and choose to be here.

A place where I can share the ideas, frameworks, stories, resources, experiments, and little practices that have changed the way I experience my own life and motherhood.

Because ultimately, my heart is to create a space for moms (& moms to be) who feel disconnected from themselves to come home to their bodies, trust themselves again, and create a life that feels like their own.

And I don’t mean a perfect life

I mean creating the conditions for a life that feels alive

A life where you can be deeply devoted to your family without abandoning yourself.

Where your family rhythms support connection instead of constant correction

Where you can create, play, build, and be fully yourself alongside the people you love

So I’ll be sharing what I’m building and exploring around:

✨ heart coherence
✨ family rhythms
✨ connected play
✨ embodiment + self-trust
✨ creating a home where everyone gets to be more fully themselves

And education—because this has been such a huge part of my own motherhood journey

I’ve tried a lot of things when it comes to how my children learn—from homeschooling to different educational models to what we’re doing now

If I can share something that saves you time, gives you clarity, or helps you discover an educational experience that feels better for you and your child, that’s a win to me.

Whether you’re homeschooling, exploring education, looking for more support, or simply wondering if there’s another way—I want this to be a place where you find resources and possibilities you may not have known existed.

And—because I believe women deserve this—ways to create, build, and earn in ways that are uniquely theirs and freedom based so you don't have to choose between being present with your family and building something beautiful.

We got to celebrate the launch of @kmmsports partnership with @scott.borchetta and elo_eriklogan with our dear friend @kellimasters Cam’s former agent. What a fantastic group of people and collaboration of talent within the sports, music, and entertainment industry. Beautiful hearts and beautiful people. We are all here to give our gift in community that supports one another and makes the magic multiply.
Also had the best time eating and enjoying life with @daramaclean @sara.gillespie. The type of friends that make time expand. We will be back 🤩 next stop on our family road trip is North Carolina to see my parents and celebrate my darling Evanna on her 8th birthday 🎂 by @stephanimcdaniel

Before I was born, my mom worked in pediatric therapy with Easterseals 🤍

She would work with babies—some who had experienced birth trauma, some navigating things like torticollis—and her approach was always the same:

She would hold them…
At each sacrum
and wait.

Wait for their system to settle.
Wait for the pulse felt on both sacral centers to sync
And create that space for coherence.

Because when the body comes back into coherence…
it knows how to heal.
It knows how to grow.
It knows how to come back into its optimal state.

To prioritize coherence between the two sacral centers in ourselves + nervous system is developing coherence where there’s felt
trust in ourselves, deeper connection through presence, faster more intuitive learning and a relationship with the body that unlocks play and creativity at increasing levels.

I’ve watched this in my own daughter—
going from not reading…and prioritizing Self trust and in her learning journey
to reading at a second grade level within a year.

This work, to me, feels like a continuation I didn’t even realize til recently —
creating environments where children (and their families)
can return to themselves…to their body’s and heart’s intelligence.

and from that place,
learn, grow, and relate at high levels.

This is what I care deeply about.
flow state, play state, high level relating in families and education spaces. (@alphaschool_2hrlearning is where we are at and loving it)!

And it’s what I’m continuing to co-create and will be sharing along the journey with you. 🫶🏻

I know what it feels like to love your kids deeply and still feel overstimulated or disconnected in the day-to-day. Because life is always life-ing, and motherhood doesn’t pause for any of it.

It’s part of why I began paying attention to what creates coherent connection points in the week to support and expand what’s available in every day moments of life.

And what’s been truly revolutionary for me is something simple:

Short windows of child-led, reflective play.

Where your child leads…
and you follow by noticing, mirroring, and speaking what you see—without fixing, teaching, or directing.

It brings your nervous systems into coherence
and creates a shared language between you and your child that builds lasting connection.

I’m now opening a few 1:1 spaces for moms who want support integrating this in real life.

In these sessions, I guide you into what creates more space for coherence and being with your child—so the shift isn’t just something you understand, but something you feel as it’s happening in real time.

From that place, you begin to meet your self and child in everyday moments with more ease, connection, and a shared relational language, supported by simple play rhythms you can return to again and again.
