Simple meal swipe through: Marinated Grilled chicken thighs, grilled veg, Avocado verde and salad on top of a fluffy Greek style flat bread 😮‍💨🤌🏾Everything you’ll need to make this happen as far as ingredients go:- Greek style flat bread- Garlic - Greek yoghurt - Chicken thighs - Onions, Pepper, Lemon & Avocado (forgot get it from the fridge)Seasoning selection! Everything you see here is going into that yoghurt to create a flavour bomb marinade😮‍💨Add some olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix!Let’s get the Avocado verde out the way 🥑Dice some onions and pepper like this ..And your chicken thighs like that. 1 chicken should cut into 4 squares !Caress that chicken in the marinade and leave it for some hours. At least 1 hour if you can’t wait 🙄Get the chicken on the skewer and dust it with some more seasoning. I used suya seasoning for a kick!🌶️Hot coal, nothing less ! Let that grill till cooked through 🤌🏾Butter, honey, chives, coal roasted garlic. I let this bubble on the grill but didn’t get a picture of that part I’m afraid 🥸Give your chicken a honey butter shower and watch it shine ✨Plate it and and take a picture, don’t forget to tag me or send me a picture if you make it 🫡 by @stephanteishmail
