Training 5x a week be like 😮‍💨 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m curious – have you kept your New Year’s health resolutions? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Did you commit to daily walks, taking a new spin class, cooking more, or ditching the vape? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you haven’t, and still desperately want to, I invite you to consider the stories you’re telling yourself as to why it hasn’t happened yet. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s easy to make excuses. We’ve all played the “I’ll start tomorrow” card. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But inside of you right now is the unshakeable WILLPOWER to say no to anything pulling you away from your goals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s just a muscle that needs to be trained. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Every moment we have the chance to make a decision to better ourselves. Say YES to strength, wellness and simplicity. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The secret? 🤫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A solid routine is the key to simplicity!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My routine for last 3 months: • Weight training 3x week • 5k or 8k run 2x week • 45min walk 1x week⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And I can honestly say: • Clothes fit 👌🏽 • Body feels solid, slim, tall and flexible • Zero guilt treating myself to new clothes • Improved focus and concentration • Better memory & quick thinking • Deep and restful sleep ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The most disciplined people aren’t the smartest. They just write everything down and ACT on it. Plan, act, measure, repeat. It’s the only way to achieve progress. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Discipline equals freedom. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’d like support creating and STICKING TO a health and wellness plan – get in touch. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Apply to work with me and let’s get you exactly where you want to be. It’s all possible. Take action today. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #healthylifestyle #naptime #runnergirl #alwaystired #gymtherapy #gymaddict #fitfam #sleepygirl #fitness #progress #discipline #results #workhardsleephard #workoutroutine #gymroutine #makeshifthappen #gymmotivation #performancecoach taken in Sydney, Australia by @stephdarmanin

Colour is only part of choosing your stone. The finish makes a difference. Glossy and reflective. Smooth and matte. Richly textured. Polished, honed and leathered finishes each bring a different character to natural stone. Before choosing your benchtop, see what sets them apart. Save this reel for your new build or renovation, then visit SMG Stone’s Sydney or Melbourne warehouse for a free consultation. www.smgstone.com.au SMG Stone.
