Sometimes you have to look back to see how far you have come. 🩷
5 years ago this was me 😱 and the crazy thing is I didn’t even see myself like this but what can tell you is I lacked confidence I didn’t llike how I felt in my clothes and didn’t have any self worth.
I started with small steps I hammered the gym pushed myself to go even when I was scared I went to spin classes HITT classes home workout, slimming world, calorie counts , my fitness pal and even had moments In between where I did nothing and gained the weight back that I’d lost but I didn’t let it stop me I started back at it again.
I was in it for the long game i knew it wasn’t going to happen over night. This year along with my partner in crime we started running to the last hurdle to be fit for 40 and that was my goal I’m so so happy with where I am today. Still room for more growth as there always will be but we in it for the long game and the life changes!

Let’s get running again mr B it’s your turn to turn 40 now xxx

Here’s a few reasons why its important to dry your little ones hair before bed…

1) prevents hair breakage
Hair is the most fragile when it’s wet tossing and turning can cause frizz then brackage

2) reduces tangling
Wet hair can dry into stubborn nots making it difficult to brush in the morning try a loose braid.

3) protects scalp health
avoiding cable cap and dandruff from damp hair drying on the pillow causing bacteria
