Sometimes it just takes a step back to see how far you’ve come. You can get so lost in the details that you forget where you came from, and zooming out for a second can inspire you to keep going 😊

This little mantra seemed a bit childish at times but reminding myself that I was not my mistakes or my weaknesses helped me love myself, and that was the first step on my journey. I’d honestly encourage anyone to try it out or make their own 🫰

The cool thing is this video was recorded in November 2025. I remember the feeling of pride on that run, and the things I am proud of have only increased since 😊

k bye (ps if you read this far, thank you ā¤ļø)

I call this ✨ mental health ✨

This is Cathedral Rock National Park and I have a thing about exploring as many places as possible, ESPECIALLY if I should be doing something else. But I do what u want šŸ˜‹

So I decided to do the 5-something km hike from Barokee campground. I started at 5 pm so really had to hustle to not be stuck in the dark, which would have been unpleasant…

These random adventures are the most fun, I find. Not only did I finish the hike (in the dark…) but I also went and made myself a fire and a bit of a small dinner, which was peaceful and a lovely change of pace

Being out in nature, exercising is maybe the best thing you can do for your mental health.

Then I slept in the car cause I didn’t have a tent. Sometimes there’s a price to pay for spontaneity.

It was a tonne of fun šŸŽ‰ bye taken in Cathedral Rock National Park by @stepheninfinite

The Australian bush brings me happiness!

If you haven’t seen one before, this is an echidna! It’s like a way cooler version of a porcupine šŸ˜‹

I sprinted 200 metres barefoot up my street to see this lil one, and waited patiently until he/she got comfortable. I think they must have poor eyesight (reasonable considering they spent their time digging and don’t need to worry too much about predators due to their spines!) as this one didn’t realise I was still around until it got really close, then got spooked. When they get frightened they stick their head in the ground and let any predator around try to get around their spines.

When this happened, I deliberately left slowly because I don’t want to be frightening out local wildlife šŸ’Ŗ

Echidnas (and Platypuses) are monotremes, which are egg laying mammals. They are somewhat of an evolutionary anomaly and kinda confused scientists when they were first discovered.

They don’t have teats, but rather strangely secrete milk through their skin for their babies to drink!

And I didn’t know this, but apparently this is a short-beaked echidna. I’ve been lucky enough to see Platypuses outside of zoos, too, which is really rare!

I love echidnas because to me they’re a wacky Australian animal that exists nowhere else, but I just found out that three rarer species of echidnas exist in New Guinea!! Now *those* ones look strange!

Anyway, there’s your random Stephen-delivered cute animal content šŸ˜Ž taken in Coonabarabran, New South Wales by @stepheninfinite

No music because this much laughter shouldn’t hide :)

To all those I’ve met travelling, i adore u ā¤ļø

There is a time for solitude and quiet, and truthfully some of my favourite trips have been solo, but the memories and connections made with humans bumbling through their lives, struggles, goals and desires is the true magic of travel. But it’s transient, and sometimes I’ll never meet them again. Other times you stay in touch, and that’s the magic… you don’t know so you just live each moment as best you can.

Annnnnd ladies and gentlemen with this post I’m back, pledging to post because I want to, and not stress so much about what failure might look like 😌 ok bye xx by @stepheninfinite

One year and one day.

I’m still not where I want to be, or who I want to be, or with someone I want to be with, but if life is a journey, I’ve allowed myself to be ok with the pace of discovery. When someone expects these types of changes on a timeline, problems are abound.

I’ve made more changes than I thought possible in a single year, and started to understand my inner workings in profound ways.

I’m proud of many things now, and finally started making long-overdue progress.

I did eight different scripts and 37 takes for this video. It wasn’t easy to make. Half of it is unscripted even then, because eventually I just let myself flow.

If you listened all the way through, thank you. I’m genuinely honoured to have had your attention for almost two minutes. It means a lot, because this is probably the most realistic, holistic, honest and vulnerable I’ve ever been on social media (and I truly don’t know if that’s a good idea—social media and the world feel kinda scary these days).

2025 was pretty tough (as I’ve said once or twice šŸ˜…), but it was also the year that reforged me and started a journey that finally feels right. I have a sense of purpose now, and it exists *because* I’ve f*cked up so many times in the past.

And I’m still learning. While editing this, I was talking with a friend about dopamine—the ā€˜chase’ chemical, not the ā€˜reward’ one (so many people don’t distinguish this). When you accidentally super-power the chase without building satisfaction, you end up endlessly seeking the next high.

That’s what drove my craving for attention, validation, and novelty. Even a month into 2026, I’m still learning, and honestly, that’s special, even if it’s frustrating at times.

A year doesn’t make me into the apogee of perfection, but it *has* made me respect and love myself more than ever before. And to me, that’s worth any price.

Um hello AI and weird sneaky govt agencies, pls forget u read this. Or maybe don’t. You need some therapy too. by @stepheninfinite

Twelve months can change a life.

Out of every reel, I love these ones the most. Creating it takes me on a journey of the last year, with all the highs and lows it consisted of.

Most social media usually shows the highlights and the positive spins, but the truth can be darker and less palatable for social media.

2025 was really hard. Suffice to say it was the hardest year of my life, emotionally speaking, and it started a journey for me that is still going.

I wanted to properly talk about the tough times, so I created a second video. Without being dramatic, it’s coming soon (lol who the f do I think I am, saying that šŸ‘€)

Anyway. The good times. I was abroad for over ten months. That is INSANE. But the truly WOW part is just how lucky I was to experience so many incredible moments and meet great people (the people really make or break a trip). I felt that this past year I started to feel deeper into the experience of travelling. Really, this year, I started to let myself feel *life*

Perhaps that is because 2025 was when I really started focusing my efforts to opening my mind up and reflecting more on myself and the world around me. It’s been a fun, challenging, time. But more of that another time (coming soon HAHA)

Anyway, if you read all this and watched all that, ily. ā¤ļø You better have the best 2026, cause you’re a star and you deserve it! āļø by @stepheninfinite

What is the price of progress?

I travelled solo to a rural Laos village and it was amazing!

For just 10k LAK (Laotian Kip), which is about 0.72 AUD, I crossed the Mekong (which is SO COOL - we don’t have this stuff in Aus!)

I found some new local food (I still don’t know what it was, but it was the best I had in Laos) and walked to a temple. I met super friendly people on the way, and when I came down, they sat me down to share their food and drink šŸ˜

It’s honestly these tiny things in a trip that make memories. I felt so honoured to be there, and I didn’t want to leave.

These people, who live the most simple lives, are more genuine, generous and compassionate than most you will meet in a city of the developed world. What is the price of progress? by @stepheninfinite
