POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Reflecting back on this occasion when "By George" played in Beverly Hills this year, and we were heading into completion on our documentary "From This Hill" that premieres today. What an amazing team: Tim Stueve (additional camera, also an encyclopedic cineaste/projectionist living his dream in L.A. movie houses); sister Sarah Marie Johnson who tirelessly wrangled all the best hundreds of photographs among many thousands in the campus archive, and produced the film; and Stephen Schneider, ace editor and fellow perfectionist with whom I've shaped the film over the past few years. Blessed to tell the story of my Dad and his colleagues, who defied odds and really made something (not just a movie), 50 years ago. by @stephenmakesvideos

I just thought, why haven’t I posted on my feed in so long? What am I hiding?? This is what the last 2 months have been like for me.

CORONA LOVE♥ The Story:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My friend @thestylegoat and I were messing around with a camera on the strip a few nights ago, and we saw this ad board outside a Chick-Fil-A. We took a ton of photos for ourselves of course, but then we saw this couple next to us. I, in a completely out of character way, asked them to model for me. This is what I got.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'm introverted. I NEVER voluntarily interact with people I don't need to. Ever. But for some reason, that night, I just turned on my social battery and asked complete strangers to pose for me. I guess I'll instinctively do what I need to to get the shot. by @stephenmakesvideos

#randomthoughtthursday : 99 percent of the work we create isn't just pulled out of thin air. It's inspired by something. Wether it's a bird tweeting, a beautiful sunset or even if a song doesn't go the way you thought it would, almost everything is based on something else.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I've seen so many photos just like this one. I can not think of a single song I've written or video I've made that doesn't have an origin or an inspiration. And this makes me think: creativity isn't spontaneity, it's just common sense. by @stephenmakesvideos

I went hiking today. Yeah when I get back I have to work on other people's videos but just for this morning I got to escape to a great view of the city. It was awesome.

I'd anyone wants to go hiking with me, let me know. I'm down!

Also, Angel got this shot without much help, he's a pro now🙌 @itsthestylegoat
