What a week! Thank you to @bifff_festival for giving ODDITIES such a fantastic world premiere. It’s hard to imagine a more receptive and enthusiastic audience for this movie! We even sang for our supper (as is BIFFF tradition).

The motion picture known as PUSH finally releases today on @shudder and @amcplus!

This particular film has undergone a nearly 3-year journey from production to post and I’m so glad that the world can finally see it.

It’s always an honor to be trusted with a director’s raw material, and I’m incredibly grateful to @jdpowell1920 & @daviddaniel_94 for continuing to put their faith in me ever since they took a chance on hiring me to cut their first feature (and mine) back in 2019.

There are many artists who contributed to this project, but here are a few that I worked with personally during my journey with it…

💻 My excellent assistant editor and DIT, Brian Gee

❤️ The incredible team at @fotokem_la, especially @emilyrvail, @alikravitz and @wallytusk, all of whom held this project together through its complicated finishing process – they’ve each taught me so much about how to collaborate gracefully in post production

🎨 Our brilliant colorist Brett Van Egmond, who gave the film a lovely final grade

🎥 Our DP @danielkatz_filmonly, who gave us some seriously beautiful shots to work with

✨ The great VFX artists at @fatbellyvfx, @ingenuityvfx, @rotomaker_vfx and @astromonstervfx, whose work is often invisible but always crucial

🎛️ The great professionals at @gypsysound led by @wdsmcguigan, who found a great balance with the dynamic final mix

📽️ Our wonderful producers @ryanscaringe, @balmergirl and @jilbertdaniel who motivated us through this adventure

🎹 And of course, the maestro who tied it all together with a truly stand-out orchestral score @matthewjamescomposer 🐐

ODDITIES is finally out today!

I cut this short film with @tsavage826 over 2 years ago… Since then it’s played at over 20 film festivals and picked up the award for Best Editing at the @brooklynhorrorfest. I’m so exited to finally share it, it’s really one of the most exciting narrative pieces I’ve ever been lucky enough to work on.

This ultra-fast-paced horror short stars the wildly talented @adrienne_barbeau @arielabarer and @loganmiller

READ THE ROOM drops its season finale today, edited by yours truly and shot by my longtime film school buddy @eli.difiore

This sketch series has been, without a doubt, one of the funniest projects I’ve ever been a part of. I was lucky enough to watch it with a theatrical crowd just once, but the response online has already been rewarding.

Embracing the nepo baby label on this day and this day only.

Today is this guy’s birthday (if I posted his age, he’d stop texting me, but it’s on Wikipedia) and yesterday his latest piece dropped on @applemusic.

I can happily say that @peterboyermusic is one of my favorite clients, and it’s not just because he picked me up from school a bunch of times growing up.

🅿️eter 🅱️oyer (as he’s listed in my phone) is one of the most brilliant artists I know. Hopefully you can all discover some of his music if you haven’t already, I promise you it’s wonderful.

It’s been a unique and special opportunity to collaborate with my Dad over the years. Recently, I edited and colored a series of videos for his third recoding with @londonsymphonyorchestra, filmed by @benjaminealovega.

This film I edited finally hit theaters this weekend and I hope that you’re all able to see it with a crowd. It’s a truly one of the most exciting projects I’ve ever been a part of and I'll be forever grateful for @mattmattieangel and @suzannecoote for trusting me with their footage on this one.
