* 1/2c chia seeds
* 3tbsp honey
* 1tbsp vanilla bean paste
* 1c diced strawberries

Blend everything together besides the greek yogurt. Transfer mixture to a bowl & whisk in the yogurt. Add chia seeds into the mixture and stir. Let sit for 5 mins then mix again to avoid clumps. Top with diced strawberries, homemade whipped cream, and crushed graham crackers.

Cottage Cheese Pasta
* 1lb ground turkey
* 1/2tsp oregano
* 1/2tsp basil
* 1tsp garlic powder
* salt & pepper to taste
* 2c protein pasta dry

Sauce
* 1/2 yellow onion dice
* 4 garlic gloves
* 1 medium zucchini grated
* 4.6oz tomato paste in a tube
* 1/3c chicken broth
* 1c 2% or full fat cottage cheese
* 1/3c milk of choice
* 1/2c parmesan cheese
