Consistency is built in the little things.

Every great workout starts with preparation. My go-to pre-workout stack is Club4 Glutamine, Creatine, and Non-Stim Pump—because showing up ready makes all the difference. 💙#club4fitness #club4 #club4nutrition by @stephkwags

Season complete. ❤️

Wrapping up my 2026 season with a full heart and even more motivation for what’s ahead.

In 2024, I reached out to @jayybrannon_ifbbpro because I knew I needed a change. I wanted to see what I was truly capable of, and over the last two years we’ve built something I’m incredibly proud of. Her passion, meticulous attention to detail, unwavering belief in me, and genuine care have made all the difference.

This weekend, I checked off a goal I’ve had for a long time—a Top 5 finish at a national show. While that moment means a lot, it isn’t the finish line. It’s simply proof that the work is moving me in the right direction.

The feedback is clear. As much as I’d love to keep stepping on stage this season, growth requires discipline just as much as it requires drive. So we’re shutting it down, reversing, improving.

Because bodybuilding has never been about one show, one placing, or one season. It’s about relentlessly chasing a better version of yourself.

The stage may reward the physique, but it’s the journey that builds the person.

Thank you to Jordan, my Fit Body Fusion family, and everyone who keeps on supporting me along the way. @fitbodyfusion 💙🙏🏻 by @stephkwags
