if you asked me whether i loved myself, my reply would be "yeah, why not?" but if you REALLY asked me, i'd say that some days are just harder than usual.

over the past months, i've caught myself saying, "everything feels so different now" and the truth is, that's how it has always been and i don't like to think that it's peculiar to just me.

where i've been from the past three months, six months and even a year from now is so different and it's been largely shaped by my experiences, mistakes and lessons learnt.

i say all of this to say that sometimes evolution and growth might look beautiful on the outside but deep down, i miss the 15 year old Stephanie who just wanted to be loved, the 18 year old Stephanie who taught she was wise, etc etc.

if you asked my current phase or season, this: " 🐛>🦋" summarizes it.

on my part, i think it was too purple-y and flat. what'd y'all think?

sent it in for review. absolutely loved the feedback and the branding detail tip i got.
i started cooking immediately 🙂‍↔️

as a designer, i've made peace with the fact that Pinterest will be my forever love so when you ask me what tools i use, Pinterest is definitely top 3😭🥹

so much to say but this is literally where i've been for the past couple of weeks now. despite the realization that there is still so much i have to do esp with regards to @designsbynye__ & @nyesfoodcorner , i can't blame myself for slacking tbh because i've had to pick up my mental health from the literal mud and keep going. slide 4 is so golden becauseeee-

how do i talk about trauma without even over sharing? trauma is definitely not an excuse for being lackadaisical and nonchalant for certain aspects of my life but i'm saying that it CAN be a valid reason.

life got busy, i almost forgot how much of a beauty i am! 😮‍💨

overtime, i think that one thing i dealt with quick enough is feeling proud and boastful as a result of certain features or skills that i may have acquired over the years. while i truly understand that humility can sometimes masquerade itself in pride, i humbly acknowledge and believe that i'm such a gorgeous woman! 😂❤️

when i say, "i thank God for this beauty", i mean it fr cos thank God! 🥹
still have so much to say but i truly pray that i never lose my wonder. amen. ✨ by @stephnye__
