Got the chance to do a little sequence in front on the iconic gray curtain at Aerial Physique after a truly amazing weekend traincation. Thank you to the wonderful teachers and fellow students who attended with me, I’ve learned so much from each and every one of you!

10/10 no notes, would definitely do again

Thanks @jenn.kerrminator for teaching back flags! Still a work in progress, but I’m proud of myself for getting this far. by @stephologie

Yes, she’s my dog.
No, I don’t know what I’m doing.
Yes, I’ve made my life much harder 😂

Foster kittens will come back eventually, once crate and potty training are firmly established. Until then, enjoy the puppy videos to come!

After almost 21 months with me in foster care, Riku has finally been adopted!! I’m going to miss him for sure, but his forever family is so excited for him. I’m lucky to have been a part of his journey and grateful for all he’s taught me 💜

Guess who couldn’t say no to two more fosters? 😅

Farro (darker orange mask) and Barley are 2 of 8 four month old Siamese ECAR took in over the week, and these two flamepoint boys are incredible purr machines and super sweet 💛🧡 they’ll be fixed and available for adoption soon!

Happy to say I did the penny roll better this time, but my favorite bit is the flailing at the end (I wasn’t expecting to be tossed *up* 😆) Thanks for helping me fly @trapeze_high 💜

(And thanks for filming @ladyefox95)

Thanks @trapeze_high for another wonderful day of flying trap!! And shout out to Tommy for catching me despite not looking up enough 😅

(I picked this song because the platform you jump off is pretty high 🤣 so scary at first! But the adrenaline rush is incredible)

Swiper and Fennec are a darling duo: Swiper is a bit braver and Fennec is a bit more of a lap kitty, but both are playful, sweet, okay with being held, and all around excellent kitties 🖤 🖤

Looking for a truly liquid cat that loves to jump on your shoulders at the most inconvenient times? A nap buddy who will try to nurse on you and nibble on your nose (which sounds cute but actually kinda hurts)? Someone who likes to chat sometimes, usually when he needs to use the litter box or is feeling lonely? Want to pet the softest cloud of fur to grace the planet? Then Firefox might just be the one for you!!* Apply for him through East County Animal Rescue now 👍

*He’ll need a cat buddy, so if you don’t have another feline friend at home consider adopting one of his foster brothers, too: Fennec, Swiper, or Riku 💜
