Wanted to share some children's books as usually I'm sharing cookbooks.

🩵The frenemy Jane one is about a bully and how children feel when this happens and how to work through this.
❤️Nutley is about a nut free squirrel and how other animals in the book share their differences with allergies.
💜The Unicorn book is about having self esteem and believing in yourself.
💚Chocolate shoes is about children having the luxury of getting shoes and there are donations made to soles for souls.

Have you listened to my interview on @foodallergytalk with the incredible @foodallergypi yet? On Episode 6, (Part 2 of a 3 part series) we discuss a number of things including:
- my own allergic reaction at 6 years old and how it was handled it in the ER
