I/ we often get asked what we eat to stay healthy and all the energy we use… my answer is a lot of chicken and rice 😂😂 BUT my other go to for breakfast/ lunch is this quick yogurt bowl. 99% of the time without granola ( don’t need the extra carbs) but today I added a little. 1.5 cups of red mixed berries ( strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) warmed up to the temperature you like, your desired amount of high protein/ no sugar or low sugar Greek yogurt (I like vanilla flavored and use Too Good or Chobani High Protein), 1 tbsp of organic local honey drizzled on top for flavor and also helps with allergies and digestion and then then the granola ( like I said usually don’t do this because of the extra carbs). I also add a colostrum/ collagen mix to mine sprinkled over the fruit. Makes for a super healthy but tasty meal. Ok everyone!! I just put up a post on YouTube with a poll for our first MEMBERS ONLY stream next trip to Walt Disney World!!

Leaving French Quarter today Donald, Chip and Dale decided to show up in the lobby and we had some fun with them.
