Two years. 104 weeks. 730 days…all without alcohol. I can’t believe it’s been 2 whole years alcohol free! I can remember a time when the idea of going 2 weeks seemed impossible.

I’ve celebrated birthdays, holidays, weddings, gone to concerts, sporting events and on numerous vacations. All things I previously couldn’t picture doing without alcohol. I still celebrated all those things while being fully present and soaking in all the memories.

I’m so freaking proud of myself and all that I’ve accomplished because I decided to put myself first and take care of me. I’m now mentally & physically strong enough to face whatever comes my way.

I’m feeling all the emotions today but most of all I’m proud. I freaking made it and I am living the life I only dreamed of. ❤️ by @stephyluwho

Excuse me while I sob and watch this video over and over! This was my victory lap after 6 months of grueling training, 450 miles ran and doubts if I could do it.

No one said it would be easy and this was probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I will never forget the feeling of pure joy and accomplishment after crossing those 4 finish lines. I learned so much about myself and will forever be changed. I’m here to tell you to chase your big dreams and that we can do hard things friends!

A month filled with birthday celebrations, completing the 4 park Disney Challenge, a PA adventure to visit family and my favorite CKc even if the year…the Ripple Luncheon.

Ended the month seeing NFG to honor the life and legacy of Chad.

I’ve loved New Found Glory since I was 16 so getting to see them is always special to me. Last night was something completely different though. You could literally feel the love and sadness that filled the air.

I honestly can’t imagine how hard it must have been for the guys to get up on that stage and play so soon but I also can’t think of a more beautiful way to honor Chad by doing exactly what they did.

Knowing that Chad picked out the set lists made the night even more special. Hearing the guys tell stories about him and getting those little glimpses into who he was beyond the music was something I’ll always be grateful for.
