Here’s to turning 36 ✨

I truly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through these past few months without this incredible man by my side. He’s been my rock, my safe place, and the support I didn’t even know I needed. Through the dark times, he always knows how to lift me back up and remind me of my strength.

On January 21st, our lives changed forever when we lost our twin baby boys at 21 weeks. The weeks since then have been a journey of deep grief, healing, and learning how to move forward one day at a time.

In the middle of some of our darkest moments, we were surrounded by incredible kindness. Meals, gift cards, thoughtful gifts, messages, and visits showed up in ways we never expected. Each gesture was a reminder that love was surrounding us, even on the days it was hard to see it. To everyone who showed up for us during this time, we are more grateful than words can express.

Brendan and I have learned how to hold each other through the hardest moments. There were times we felt angry and questioned why this happened, but through it all we are slowly finding peace in trusting that God is still in control, even when we don’t understand.

Slowly, I’ve been stepping back into life in small but meaningful ways—reconnecting with friends who check in on me, signing up for shooting training to learn safety and skill, getting back into CrossFit, picking up books again, and creating small routines that help me feel like myself. Each step is a reminder that life can still hold moments of growth, joy, and purpose, even amid grief.

One thing I never expected through this experience is how many women have quietly shared their own stories of loss with me. Before this happened to me, I didn’t realize how many people walk this road. If you are someone carrying this kind of grief, please know you are not alone.

Our boys (Mason & Myles) will always be part of our story, and their lives will always matter. We continue to trust that God is holding them close while walking with us through the healing ahead.

Happy One Year Wedding Anniversary 🤍

This year flew by so quickly, and I’ve cherished every single moment of it. Getting to do life side by side with you every day has been the greatest blessing. I am so incredibly grateful that I get to call you my husband.

God truly blessed me with a man who loves me deeply, leads with kindness, and continually encourages me to grow stronger in my faith. You push me to be better, love harder, and trust God more.

We’ve shared so many beautiful memories and joyful days, and even through the harder seasons — especially the grief we’ve walked through recently — our love has only grown deeper and stronger. I’m so proud of the way we choose each other, over and over again.

I thank God for you every day. Here’s to many more years of love, laughter, faith, and building a beautiful life together. Forever with you 🤍✨
