Never stepped before? That’s okay 🤍

You do not need to know the moves before coming to class. I’ll teach, offer modifications, and help you get comfortable as you go.

Xtreme Hip Hop Step is for all levels. Just come ready to move, have fun, and try something new!

I’ve had so many people tell me…

“I’ve been wanting to come.”

“I just don’t know if I can keep up.”

“I’ve never done step before.”

If that’s you, I’m talking to you. 🤍

August is the perfect month to start.

• Beginner friendly
• Modifications are always available
• No pressure, just progress!

And because workouts are more fun with friends…

👯 Throughout August, bring one first-time friend for just $5.

Come move, laugh, challenge yourself, and experience what Step Therapy is all about.

🎟️ Reserve your spot through the link in my bio or comment “step” for the link

Tag the friend you’ve been saying you’re going to bring. 👇 by @steppin.stacey

A lot of people ask me how I freestyle on the board, so here it is!

You can play with any call and make it your own. It doesn’t have to look like mine!

Try it out and let me know what you want me to break down next 🩵 by @steppin.stacey

Happiest of birthdays to that step sister of mine @mrs_tko85 aka Mrs. Feather Toes T!! 🪶👟

Throwing it back to some old footage of us stepping 🙌 so grateful for your presence, your heart… this is the person who showed me how much fun you can really have on the board.

I remember I told her one day we’d teach a class together and it finally happened 🤭 a little over 3 months into this coaching journey and I’m thankful we’re on it together. Thank you for the laughter, advice, and overall inspo to just do better!! You are loved, enjoy your day 🫶 by @steppin.stacey
