OFF WEEKEND = TIME TO RECHARGE!

An off weekend is a great opportunity to review choreography, work on areas you want to improve, or even practice some new skills!

But remember, rest is just as important as training!

We encourage all of our dancers to take at least one full day to rest and recover. Your body and mind need time to recharge after a busy week of classes, rehearsals, and school!

Whether you’re spending time with family, catching up on sleep, or enjoying your favorite activities outside of dance, make sure you’re giving yourself the break you deserve.

Progress comes from both hard work AND recovery!

Chase is a New York City-based choreographer and educator and a graduate of Pace University’s Commercial Dance program.⁠

Guest teachers give our dancers the opportunity to experience new teaching styles, perspectives, and approaches to movement while challenging them to become more versatile and adaptable artists.
