Something about doing the endurance workout with your entire division just feels right

All divisions had the same workout this year
For Time - with partner
1k Run
150/135/120 cal row - 1 works
1k Run
100 Step ups - synchro - 1 partner holds 50/35#
1k Run
100 Burpee to plate - 1 works

You could throw the slam ball however you would like. The shot put was my fav to watch.
