Getting camera-ready for @sterstatus Final Interview Weekend 🎥

There’s always something special about those moments before the cameras start rolling... the makeup, the final touches, the nerves, the excitement… and then it’s time to step in front of the camera. 🤍

A little glimpse into my glam before filming, with my beautiful makeup done by @vonbrandis_mua . 💄

So grateful to be part of another incredible SterStatus journey and to experience Season 8 from this side of the camera. 🎬

🎬 THE FINAL INTERVIEWS. THE FINAL DECISIONS. THE FINAL CHAPTER… 👀✨

And suddenly… we’re here. 🥹

Behind the scenes of the SterStatus S8 Final Interviews, where dreams, determination and everything these incredible women have poured into this journey come together.

It’s bittersweet knowing this chapter is almost over… but the biggest moments are still to come.

Next stop: THE GALA
Then… the WINNERS CIRCLE
And one woman will step forward as the NEW PRESENTER OF STERSTATUS S9.

But the question is…

WHO WILL MAKE THE CUT? 👀

Who has what it takes to enter the Winners Circle?
And who do YOU think has the presence to lead us into Season 9? 🎤✨

The interviews are done.
The decisions are coming.
And the next chapter is about to begin…

SterStatus S8… this is not goodbye just yet. ❤️

MEET our Fabulous Guest Judge for Final Interviews on Sterstatus S8!

@christel_m_lifecoac

Christel Marais is an award winning Trauma Counsellor, influential individual and passionate advocate for helping people rediscover their strength, confidence and self-worth through some of life’s most difficult struggles.

Her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others has earned her recognition both locally and internationally. Among her most recent accolades are the: “Olympus International HERA Award 2026” and the “South African Woman in Business Award 2026” - recognition that reflects her dedication, influence and determination to leave a lasting impact.

Christel proudly lives by the philosophy, “I am a trendsetter, not a follower.” She believes in creating her own path, challenging convention and putting her own distinctive mark on the industry rather than simply following what has been done before.

Her voice and experience extend beyond counselling, with articles featured in both local and international magazines, allowing her to share her insights, experiences and message of empowerment with a wider audience.

At the heart of everything she does is a simple purpose: to influence with meaning, empower through action and inspire others to recognise their own strength and potential. by @sterstatus

Meet our beautiful Judge on @sterstatus season 8!

@sonetmoster

"A proud mom of three boys, wife, businesswoman, gamer, and, on occasion, professional chaos coordinator.

As the face of Makiti Wedding & Function Venue, Sonet has spent years working with people, creating memorable experiences, and building meaningful connections. Her journey has taken her from being naturally shy to becoming a confident woman who embraces every opportunity to grow and make a difference.

As a Sterstatus judge, she brings honesty, heart, a touch of sass, and plenty of “but why?” to the table. She believes confidence isn’t about fitting into a mould - it’s about embracing who you are, quirks and all.

With her warm personality, sharp perspective and genuine passion for empowering women, Sonet is here to celebrate individuality, ask the important questions, and have a little fun along the way."
