Earthroamer SX-29

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Living my dream. In spite of the Earthroamer SX being big, the custom Ricaro seats and highly tuned suspension means we arrive well rested.... OK, so the sunshine and quiet (absolutely no one else here) did cause me to close my eyes for a "moment".

An amazing National Park. We'll do some serious trail walks tomorrow to explore the cliff dwellings. taken in Bandelier National Monument by @steve.murphy.1787

I've always wanted to do something few others have attempted. The Dalton Highway and Prudhoe Bay exceeded all expectations. The road was INTENSE, but softened by the non stop spectacular views. Kathy's encouragement were a big boost when the drive got away from me! Just a small sampling of our Adventure in SX-29, "Amelia"

At first Earthroamer wondered why on earth we would want a 2" receiver on the passenger side of our SX-29. It is so we can mount two hammock chairs to relax and enjoy the view!! We can mount this on the front, rear or side to follow the shade/sun and best view.

Our overland shakedown trip in our Earthroamer SX-29... "Amelia". While rated "easy" in the guide books, we suspect that was for experienced off-roaders in "normal" vehicles... not a 35' truck. What a trip though. Can't wait to go out again!!

Our first outing in SX-29 (Amelia) to Moab, UT. Driving it is taking a bit of getting used to, but getting easier. Camping is amazing. Have been on BLM and Arches National Park land, but heading off-road today!
