Did you know drinking water has sodium in it? As water moves through soil and rock, it picks up small amounts of minerals, including sodium. This is especially common in Spring and Mineral Water. Don’t worry, it’s not enough to cause any issues and trust me, you DO NOT want to drink the tap water in foreign countries if you don’t know it’s safe to do so. In this episode of @truthserumpod my guest, @steve.petre discuss this very thing and the danger of consuming water you aren’t confident you should be! - #truthserumpod #mma #ufc by @steve.petre

A Stunning Aguachile Creation by Chef Steve Petre As a participant in the Mar Andino Steelhead Challenge, Chef Steve Petre, Executive Performance Chef at the @ufcpi in Las Vegas, showcased his culinary expertise with a vibrant take on Aguachile. Designed to highlight the pristine quality of Mar Andino’s Steelhead Trout, his dish embodies freshness, creativity, and precision. “Mar Andino’s Steelhead Trout is a beautiful fish with a clean, delicate flavor that elevates any dish. Exceptional ingredients like this make all the difference,” shares @steve.petre Inspired by the warm Las Vegas weather, this refreshing dish features a bright green Aguachile base made from blended cucumbers, jalapeños, cilantro, and lime juice, strained for a smooth finish. Thinly sliced Mar Andino Steelhead Trout takes center stage, accompanied by red onions, cucumbers, avocados, and blanched cherry tomatoes for bursts of vibrant flavor. Coconut cream, corn nuts for texture, and a drizzle of truffle oil complete the dish, making it as visually stunning as it is delicious. Chef Petre’s entry highlights the versatility and superior quality of Mar Andino Steelhead Trout, proving that simple techniques paired with exceptional ingredients can create extraordinary results. #MarAndinoChallenge #MarAndino #NaturallyUnique #PremiumQuality by @steve.petre
