A SUPERB win under the lights last night, as @ctwomenfc came out 5-1 winners in a @fa.wnl league match against fierce rivals Swindon Town! ⚽️
Next up? Sunday, 2pm, at WHADDON ROAD as they take on Bristol City PGA in a League Cup game 🏆 by @steveapplebyphoto

It was great for @ctwomenfc to be invited to @ctfcofficial on Saturday, for their match against Newport County.

The players got the chance to go around the stands speaking to fans, both outside on the terraces and inside in the much warmer bar areas, making sure that everyone knows about the match being played at Whaddon Road on Sunday 01 November, as Cheltenham Town take on Bristol City PGA in the @fa.wnl League Cup.

There was also a chance for a cheeky pitch inspection, as the players and manager gave interviews before the big day! by @steveapplebyphoto

For the second consecutive weekend, @ctwomenfc travelled down to face @pompeywomen at Fratton Park, this time in the @womensfacup - unfortunately, it ended in a 4-0 defeat against the former WSL2 team.

However… this week sees Cheltenham Town Women face close league rivals Swindon Town under the floodlights on Thursday night, and then Bristol City PGA come to face us in the @fa.wnl League Cup on Sunday, when we play at Whaddon Road!
Two VERY big games! by @steveapplebyphoto

@feralmeditation has put us on a dirty big stinking line up for our last Frog show of the year. We’re throwing down with @madavaentertainment homies @toast.theband and the wonderfully spacey @red_____swan (who are bound to give Jacob more pedal board envy), plus soon to be friends @citydog_uk

Last Sunday saw @ctwomenfc travel down to Fratton Park, to take on @pompeywomen in the @fa.wnl .

Despite Cheltenham taking an early lead, and going in at halftime level at 1-1, a frenetic second half saw it finish 6-3 to Portsmouth.

Still, we go there again this Sunday, to meet them in the “first round proper” of the Women’s FA Cup! by @steveapplebyphoto

Following today’s announcement (@ctwomenfc playing at Whaddon Road on 01 November!), here’s some photos I got from a @ctfcofficial match I went to last season. by @steveapplebyphoto

Last Saturday, I was taking photos for @dj_katja and DJ Stee (tag pending 😉) as they performed at @ritualroasters as a part of @byrdout ‘s Lansdown Block Party, which raised £8,734 for @cheltopendoor !

Very different photos for me, using both a @pergear 7.5mm fisheye MF lens, and a bounce flash! However… I enjoyed it!
Also, the light gave me an excuse to use my @sirui_uk 56mm f/1.2 lens ☺️ by @steveapplebyphoto

Such a great night at the @frogandfiddle , topped off with the amazing headline act @mantis_defeats_jaguar 🤘

Third time seeing them, and definitely not the last!
And, I’d even go see them without a camera! 😉

Enjoy the photos, with all the lovely band members, AND even quite a few of their jumps! 😁 (and, the “riding on the crowd’s shoulders in the mosh pit”!)

The final support act for @mantis_defeats_jaguar at the @frogandfiddle ?
@chugband !

So many highlights of their set, from an unexpected RATM cover, to a crazy pit, through them having so much energy on stage, ending with just getting to see Jacob and Doug again!
