Three days surrounded by people who want to grow, improve, and win. 🚀
Just wrapped up an incredible few days at the Tom Ferry Success Summit.
Between spending time with my team, networking with some amazing people in the industry, and getting the opportunity to talk with Tom Ferry, I walked away with a lot more than just notes.
A special thank you to @askericdee for taking care of me with the VIP experience and getting me up front. 🙏
A few of my biggest takeaways:

📝 Blogs still matter. Creating useful content that people can actually find online needs to be a bigger part of our strategy.

📱 Social media & YouTube are no longer optional. People want education, real conversations, property tours, and stories—not just another real estate ad.

🏡 Expired listings are an opportunity we need to prepare for. As more listings fail to sell, homeowners are going to need better strategy, better marketing, and better representation.

But probably the biggest reminder was this:
Learning means very little without implementation.
Excited to take what we learned and put it to work for our clients and our team.
Back to work. 💪
