Space Jaguar (aka Mia) approves by @stevelazero

This summer I’ve been working hard in the studio, (even if it doesn’t feel like work!)

Some focused ear training, and a couple gear upgrades have definitely raised the bar!

I’m excited to share my newest track next week: ‘Crooked Halo’ drops August 13 😇💚

A lot of personal details in this one, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Looking forward to sharing it with you on the 18th 💚 by @stevelazero

It’s sometimes hard to come up with visuals that match this crazy complextro style of music, but I think this reel comes close!

Thrilled to release my latest track, Oleander!

Very thankful for all of your support, and I’m proud of the improvements I’ve been making with my producing.

This reel seemed like a nice visual metaphor for the hidden complexity inside something beautiful.

Thank you for listening! 💚 by @stevelazero

“Oleander” is out this Thursday 🌸

The name comes from a flower that blooms in the harsh summer heat, beautiful and resilient, but with a hint of danger.

Well, this is my obligatory introspective studio shot (it seems like a rite of passage!)

I’ve been deep in the details lately: stuff like phase alignment, transient control, trying to dial in microdynamics between percussion layers...

It’s not glamorous, but I know it’s part of what makes good tracks great.

New music is coming out next week, and I think it’s getting closer to the level I’m chasing 💚 by @stevelazero
