It’s Been One Hell Of a Year… but on the flip side…. It’s also been a blessing. 8 months ago I almost didn’t make it to this day. Today and everyday I am grateful first to the Creator: I am so grateful for the amount of love, support and prayers that haven’t stopped. I am grateful that I woke to see the Sun shine another day. I am grateful to the skate community and everyone who has shared unconditional love for me. And had my back. Whether I know you or not; the love is felt 🙏🏽💯

I am grateful for the lesson of being present. A real gift.

I’m honored to still be recognized in skateboarding for my past.. I appreciate my long time friend/ ex boss / skateboarding pioneer,super legendary skateboarder #MarkGonzales For turning me pro as a kid and always being a genuine dude. And for believing in me when I was a kid… I love the @krooked guest board art and company it’s definitely one of my favorites Ty. Whats good everyone it’s been a rough year wit the Attempted murder / assault on me while working that caused a near death experience for me plus my older brother passing away on me 🥺 But ever since a kid all I know is FORWARD Always… Id like to take this moment to ty all for your support and love it really helped me get stronger wit of course GODS mercy on my life. The gentleman at @terrorofplanetx and @dr.skateboardsales released a guest board for me and I’m very pleased and grateful for there love and respect .. Boards are out now & are going fast don’t miss out all proceeds will be donated to me for medical bills etc ❣️ only 50 made

Yesterday my 🩸 brother called me FaceTime and told me he loved me and was proud of me .. we talked for a while laughed together even tho he had not been feeling so good. An hour later I got a frantic call from Alberts wife telling me that he wasn’t breathing he had taken a nap and passed away in his sleep. She noticed bc their dogs were licking his face and he wasn’t responding 🥺 I was on the phone with them the whole time while the medics tried to get him to respond, but his Heart had stopped and nothing could be done after an hour of them trying to bring him back. 💔 I was happy I at least got to FaceTime with him and hang with him a week ago he had came to spend the night with me and we had a ball…. food, drinks and we even got haircuts together. I’m so grateful for this time I had with him, he’s my only link to my mother left. Me and @evathevandal drove up to the Bronx to his apt and I got to spend hours with his body and his family.. I’m also grateful for him coming to the hospital in my latest surgery ….I woke up and Albert was the first face I saw… ❤️ Albert was the definition of I am my brothers keeper .. And I was lucky to have him as my big brother.. I love You and will miss your crazy ass. Your with mommy now and I have more angels to watch , protect and guide me .. 😇🥺💐💔🕊🕯 🙏🏽 #SunSetParkBrooklyn #Legend … by @stevencales1
