Had such a wonderful time playing @latelateshow with @jezziebaylin this Wednesday, and it was even cooler getting to do it with a bunch of pals. 🥳 📸 @terencepatrick by @stevencooperstein

A few photos the lovely Elizabeth Wiseman captured at Butch Walker’s studio in Leiper’s Fork, tracking the new Watson Twins record. Some of my absolute favorite people to work with, and some of the most fun I’ve had making a record. ❤️ @butchwalker @ewisephoto @thewatsontwins by @stevencooperstein

I’ve been super stoked on the new HSL 9000 by @kogoymusicaldevices since @robbiebcrowell loaned me his prototype, and the first week of having my own hasn’t been a let down. This pedal can go anywhere from Tweed Champ, to a maxed out Shin-Ei Super Fuzz, with all sorts of smooth Fuzz Face and gnarly 8-bit madness in between. A lot of tonal options, but incredibly easy to dial in. If you want a Swiss Army knife on your board, I highly recommend snagging one. #fuzz by @stevencooperstein

One of my favorite and most frequently used guitars- a 1957 Harmony H44 Stratotone. This has had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, worked on/modified by @wadecofer Most recently he put on a new piece of binding, but prior to that he did the frets, nut, saddle, floated pickup and a tung oil finish. It’s a Cofer Radotone. by @stevencooperstein

The world lost a good man today. Henry Meeks was my Godfather, and I grew up with him as my uncle. He was my mother’s best friend, and after she married, he became the closest friend to my father. Henry was a minister, and a true man of God. I’ve never been a follower of religion, but I respected his devotion to what he believed in his heart. He held me the day I was born, officiated both my sister’s weddings, and led my mother’s service after her passing. He was a wonderful husband, and a great father to a beautiful son and daughter. I was given Henry as my middle name in his honor, and I’ve always tried to live up to it (sometimes more successfully than others). I’ll truly miss him. Let the good ones know they mean something to you while they’re here. Tonight, I’m going tuo watch a classic Western in his honor. by @stevencooperstein

My old 1957 Martin 0-15 that Dave @scalemodelguitars brought back to life for me around this time last year, and my trusty Newport @g7thcapo that @szlachetkamusic turned me on to. I keep this guitar tuned down a whole step like my friend @johncalvinabney does with his 0-18, and it really brings something wonderful out in these smaller Martin’s. by @stevencooperstein

A shot from the other day tracking @thewatsontwins with @butchwalker at his beautiful studio in Leiper’s Fork. @sambourine_ took this photo, and everything he has been capturing lately is just fantastic. You can still get him to hit the skins too if ya ask nice. by @stevencooperstein

Dreaming of endless tours and motel rooms. This photo was taken in San Fransisco by @joeymartinez on a tour with @nicoleatkins in late 2017. It’s been a long year, and I can’t wait to see the world again in all it’s broken beauty. by @stevencooperstein

Me and this dude have spent the better part of the last two years loading gear in and out of elevators across America. I love him like a brother, even though he’s a sandbaggin’ son of a bitch. If you’re in NYC, come to Berlin tonight and buy me a drink, and wish him a Happy Birthday. 📸 @joeymartinez by @stevencooperstein
