I’m sitting here trying to figure out what to say. I cannot believe that it’s really been 20 YEARS since my gastric bypass surgery. I was obese my whole life and morbidly obese a large part of my life. I was on every diet starting when I was 12 years old and nothing worked. I always had friends and was always funny but was so sad inside that I not only was unhealthy, but couldn’t wear normal clothes and couldn’t shop at normal stores, etc. I had to go to the “big and tall stores. “When I made the decision 20 years ago to have the surgery it was the most serious decision I have ever made. I promised myself to never be overweight again and to use the surgery to change my life in EVERY possible way. All of that came true and happened and continues to happen. I am in the best shape of my life and have more energy than ever before. I am also lucky that I found a person who loved me before, during and after. Thank you for your constant commitment and dedication to me at any weight, Bill. I am BEYOND lucky and grateful!!! And, thank you to all my friends who have supported me and believed in me through this journey. When I was at my biggest I deleted almost all the photos of myself because I couldn’t stand to look at them. These are the only ones I have left. I was always a happy and fun person, but sad inside that I was so huge and unhealthy. 170 pounds gone forever! Never again!!!! by @stevenlla

I am so old that I can’t even say the number out loud anymore. My age today is actually the same number as the year I was born. Crazy! Anyway, I may be getting up there in numbers, but I still can do 30 pull-ups. This is my third set of 10! Happy Birthday Morning Workout to me!!! 💪💪💪 by @stevenlla

It takes Bill and I about six weeks to get everything together and to set everything up and almost an hour every night to turn everything on. I couldn’t be more proud of my colleagues Rachel Heffler and Tommy Stackhouse. They signed Connor Wood five years ago and it has been an unbelievable ride so far. It has been incredible to watch his trajectory. They hosted a surprise party for Connor last night after the show for his family and friends. It was amazing. Who knew Dancing with the Stars could be so fun?!! Congratulations on everything, Rachel and Tommy and Connor!!! The best is yet to come!!! @fibula by @stevenlla
