Breaking News - 2024 the Year Of Redd Kross is being extended into 2025!

It’s been such an incredible year for us, perhaps our best. Let’s take a look.

The Redd Album set a new standard for the band. Thank you Josh Klinghoffer for producing, Michael Craver @davidmichaelcraver for recording and Larry Hardy and everyone at @intheredrecords for lovingly releasing it into the wild.

“Now You’re One of Us - the Incredible Story Of Redd Kross” couldn’t have happened without our brilliant coauthor Dan Epstein @dockfidrych, literary agent Lee Sobel and the esteemed publishers at @omnibuspress .

‘Born Innocent - The Redd Kross Story’ has just begun its theatrical run with screenings happening all over North America. We must acknowledge and thank director Andrew Reich not only for seeing his remarkable vision through to completion but for essentially inspiring a creative high water mark for the band ultimately culminating into this, The Year Of Redd Kross. Go to www.reddkrossfilm.com to find a screening near you. And keep checking back because new cities (internationally even!) are being added weekly.

Of course our road crew who made our shows happen every night must be thanked and our longtime co-conspirator and graphics guy Jon Krop really hit it way out of the park this year. And finally all the people who came out to shows, or checked out one or all of the aforementioned projects we put out. Old and new fans alike, we are grateful to be in your company. The support is never lost on us and your response has been overwhelmingly wonderful, to say the least!

As of now we have one show on the books for 2025, but there will be more. Keep checking back here for updates. In the meantime we are extremely excited for you to see ‘Born Innocent’ at a screening near you and/or check out ‘Now You’re One Of Us’, the second pressing will be hitting shelves in the coming weeks, as we extend this, The Year of Redd Kross into 2025 and BEYOND!! Everyone have a Bitchen New Year. WE LOVE YOU! ❤️⚡️❤️ 📸1)Gilbert Trejo, 2)Designed by Jon Krop, 3) the Redd Album, 4)At George’s House, 5) @gilberttrejo38 6) @steveappleford 7)at Azkena 8)Now You’re One Of Us, 9)Born Innocent by @stevenmcdonald

THE MELVINS @melvinsdotcom melt my eyes and ears every time I see them! And their gig at the @ucscquarryamp last night was no exception! Mind blowing power that continues to go unrivaled year after year. Does it get any better? ARE YOU READY TO ROCK?!? Steven McDonald picked up a bass at age 12, and along with his older brother Jeff, co-founded Redd Kross. Redd Kross made their live debut opening for Black Flag while basically still being in Jr. High. In this conversation, Steven and I discuss the creative process, the dynamics of juggling two bands at once (Melvins being the other), the brilliance of the Beatles and Redd Kross’ 2024 self-titled double album, which is—in my opinion—one of the best records of the band’s entire career. Steven McDonald talks about Redd Kross's Most Recent Record.
Paul Stanley would always say that the last KISS record was their best, but was that BS? Perhaps, but probably NOT with Redd Kross! by @stevenmcdonald
