#im703jonkoping 🇸🇪 🏊🏼 🚲 🏃 Well not quite as planned, the idea was to go somewhere hot with calm waters for best conditions and instead we got Force 4/5 sea state for swimming and 40+mph for the bike and run hey ho, happy with the 6:20 time considering 🤣
