Xiaflex injection for a dupytrens contracture. this method is as effective as surgery with virtually no down time. if you cant afford a long surgical recovery. see the most experienced hand dr in the region .@drsoloway is a master of the craft of injections.
if there is only 1 best person , wouldn't you choose that dr??? by @stevesoloway

Another year in the books.

Wrapped up Year 4 of my ABIM Maintenance of Certification cycle as 2025 winds down. Found out recently that only 1.7% of 255k doctors have ABIM Certifications 34 years - in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology!

Still learning, still getting challenged, and still grateful to be part of a profession that expects you to stay sharp for the people you take care of.
