Something magical seeing a recently completed project at dusk and with the flickering gas lamps.

Ranch life never looked so good! 😊

Our goal was a home that felt grounded, easy to live in, and like it had always been there. In a setting like this, with open pasture and the mountains on the horizon, it needed to sit quietly in the landscape rather than compete with it.

Inside, we carried the same timeless, casual elegance through. Woodwork, plaster, and timbers, with just enough detail to give it depth.

Couldn’t have done it without this awesome team: @grovehomesutah @alihenrie @northland_design

It looks like a lot of work…and it really is! Seeing the end result is all worth it. This classic staircase, inspired by a couple staircases from Charleston, are going to be a welcoming treat for many years to come. Well done Adam!

A quiet blend of influences, yet always imagined as a home that would feel at ease near the water in some rural English countryside.

English Arts and Crafts was the inevitable shift towards a more authentic and simple home as people grew tired of the over expressive Victorian homes of the late 1800’s.

This home and all its interior and exterior architecture was a study in this genre. Let us know what you think 🤔.

A home with soul built in. English Arts & Crafts architecture and interiors, with a few French details that hint at a life well traveled.

The carpentey work🙌🏼.
