I love how just a scrap of cardboard that I use to get my markers working on can start to look. I love the colour, texture, and life that just a random piece of card can have. No real purpose, but it feels so full of life.

Even when I'm just trying to get the markers to work, I have to draw a few Skulli's.

Scribble, scribble

Got to pump these things and get them working. Love working with paint pens. Makes me feel like I'm doing art in HS again!

Skulli in green

I've really been enjoying using paint pens, I find them quite freeing. It's also really fast to do and the imperfections are what I really love. It's not perfect, but then it doesn't need to be. It's just the canvas and you.

How it all starts

Some epic sounding music for a very non-epic post. This is how they all start... Almost. I usually colour the canvas with whatever colour I'm vibing with and then add a black border. After that it's all free hand, no sketch, just go with the flow. I promise, there are more interesting vids to come 🤣

Green with envy

Skulli is looking good in green. Acrylic markers on canvas. I've been loving doing this. I really enjoy the immediacy of it!
