Hi, I’m Stevie!

I was born in Newnan, the “City of Homes,” and raised by an accountant and an engineer, which clearly led to my appreciation for real estate. Today, that shows up in how I evaluate homes, through the lens of construction quality, design, and long-term value.

My roots in Georgia run deep. The Becham name is tied to traditional carpentry and folk pottery in Crawford County, Georgia from the early 1800’s. A craft that’s been carried through generations and is a big part of why I’ve always loved ceramics. There’s something meaningful about creating something lasting from the ground up, and I carry that same appreciation into the homes I work with.

Before real estate, I spent nearly a decade working closely with families as a nanny and household manager, which taught me how a home truly functions day-to-day. The flow, the details, and the quiet luxury of a space that simply works.

Now, I bring all of that into real estate! Blending structure, design, and a deep understanding of how people live.

It’s never just about buying or selling a house… it’s about helping people feel truly at home. In a state that my family and I have loved so deeply for generations, that is something I don’t take lightly.
