Static is one of the first Black Superheros I was ever introduced to . Alot of you all may have known him as Static Shock, but his name is just Static.

He was created by Dewayne McDuffie who was one of the founders of Milestone Comics (launched in 1993). Milestone was created to address the severe underrepresentation of minorities in American superhero comics.

When I saw Static I felt like I could identify with him from the hair , to the clothing style , his quips even his life style. I remember seeing Static Shock on WB kids after school. The Season 3 Theme had me hooked because Lil Romeo made the intro for the show that season.

There's a reason why my name is Stevie Static but took inspiration from this amazing brown fictional hero😎⚡

This is an unfinished product of the Mac Mural located in Larimer of Pittsburgh. This mural was started back in 2019.

Somewhere near in the future I will be doing a video on the significance of why this mural was put in Larimer . It will blow your mind !

8 Years ago we lost our Most Dope General. Truth be told my first Mac Miller song was Knock Knock. I remember my older brother playing it for me for the first time on demand on Music Choice. I was instantly hooked because Mac was really the definition of cool, very authentic and youthful. At one point Mac's music even followed me all the way to Ohio to camp. Our Counselor woke us with some Senior Skip Day.

My most memorable moment with Mac Miller was when he suprised all of the students who had a good GPA at Taylor Allderdice for a secret assembly in the Auditorium. They snuck him in pretty good because nobody knew he was there. That day Mac actually received The Key to the city of Pittsburgh 🙌.

Mac Miller undoubtedly is one the greatest to ever do it, discography is musically great and he will be missed. Shout-out to EVERYBODY who showed up to Blue Slide Park on Saturday!

💿Album Review 💿 Nat & Alex Wolff

On January 16, 2026, the brothers decided to release their self-titled album Nat & Alex Wolff. Nat and Alex produced a self-titled album to reinvent themselves. This album is a personal music project where it's vulnerable to play for people. The theme focuses on the brothers being adults and looking back on their childhood to see how it's going to affect relationships, even while being musicians.

In this album there is a mix of Rock, Pop , R&B , and Country. When Nat & Alex write songs, they individually write, send songs to each other and then mold everything together. Every instrument you hear in this album is played by the Duo. Every song was also written by them.

The album opens with a song that is full of vulnerability and profound meaning. Whenever they're putting a project together, they play a lot of music and write to see which is good, bad or "magical" . Alex said that sometimes five songs are terrible, two are okay, and only one is amazing.

Alex describes the opening track "Tough" as being that "magical" song. It was a joint that came out of thin air.

According to Aol.com, Nat wrote "Tough" as a form of self-healing, recounting a painful night from his childhood that he hesitated to share with Alex.

I think this is an amazing album for the Brother-Duo. I think it cultivates all the sounds from their previous albums and brings everything together to create something fresh. There has been progress in both the lyrics and the music. They absolutely capitalized on being grounded and vulnerable on this project. If you think life is throwing sticks and stones this project would be a great listen for you.

Rating: 8.5-9/10
