Motivation Monday! Back in the gym and ready to feel this good again! I dedicated 2019 to my physical health which went along with my mental health. I decided to commit to a Bikini competition in February and trained from then until June with @carlospinto_ifbbpro 💪🏼 He pushed me to stay motivated and focused. He taught me so much about what I was doing to my body and learned more about fitness than I could ask for! I ended up taking 1st in two different categories as well as Overall Bikini! 40!?! PEEPERS IS 40?! Happy birthday bruhderr ❤️‍🔥@lynchmade ✨ I can’t believe the time is here. Another decade down, another decade to explore! You are the best big brother any little sister could ever ask for. You are an amazing father, and it has been lovely watching you be that with your kids who are raised so well. You are so extremely talented. Whether it’s music or ANY form of art, you pour your soul into it. I hate that I lost my beautiful sleeve by you in the accident. I loved looking at it as a memory of time spent with you. AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. I love all the passion you have. Your kids love you so so much and it’s so precious to see them become more and more little versions of you. Thank you for making me tough and cooler than most. As a little sister that’s 10 years younger than you THANK YOU for letting me be involved with your life. Thank you for taking me to the skate park, showing me Lil Wayne and blink-182, and letting me hang out with your friends (I’m sure you kinda had to but still🥹) I’m so so grateful to have a person like you by my side and I’m even luckier to call you my big brother. Happy 30th to my twin flame Frankferd! I remember the first time I talked to you was at 3oh!3 on my 13th birthday. @frankiepatetta you are one of the most impressive, inspirational, and important people in my life. I can’t believe I’ve celebrated you for 17 yrs. Can’t wait to see what the next 17 years brings us. Thank you for everything you do for me. Thank you for all of the giggles, smiles, and love. I was deeply inspired to the point where it made me cry, by @accesiflow x @spinflowstar because of this challenge. 🌀 I challenge you to do a flow sesh sitting down to honor disabled flowmies. Whether it’s poi, dancing in your seat, a staff, or a flow star, just try this one for me🪩 Or if you’re feeling more inspired, try everything with just one arm🦾 I left the grunts in there because this is not easy for me, BUT it feels so good to move my body. For me my disability looks like it’s my arm missing, but really I’m in extreme pain due to the nerve damage that covers 85% of my body. So even though I can move well, I‘m hurting. I am covered in burns and skin grafts, I have missing muscles, and have tight scar banding all over my body, especially the left side. I cannot regulate my temperature. Which basically means I can go hard for about five minutes at a time before my more than amazing friends are fanning me off. That’s just the thing, though, I am blessed to have those people there to help me enjoy the same experience no matter how different my normal is. Thank you everyone for the constant support throughout my journey. It has not been easy, but it has been beautiful. 🩰🦋 Love note to dance in…. 5, 6, 7, 8.💃🏼🪩 International Dance Day was yesterday, AND IM FOREVER BLESSED to have dance in my life. Still. My boogie boots don’t move like they used to, but 8 count by 8 count, the motion becomes lotion for my mind, body, and soul. I know I’ll feel 100 someday. I’ve been in and out of dance classes since i was 2. I remember when i was 10 I was in 11 out of 30 routines one recital. I wish I had more videos from that era, I only have the few blurry ones in this reel. Hip Hop/Breaking and Tap were my favorite. Talk about unconditional love. Music has always been there for me. Dance is a language we all speak. The dance floor is my temple, movement is my medication, music is my language, and everyone that joins me is my fuel. Thank you @momzlynch and @jaylynch6 for putting me into a studio. Little did we know it would be my whole personality. @danceunlimitedreno was the studio I thrived at. Thank you to all my instructors and friends I’ve made/met through dance. I am forever grateful to have shared so much movement with my people. I know how lucky we are to be able to dance, so just do itttt. Almost not being able to has made me crave it more than ever. If we have ever shared a dance, THANK YOU. And thank you @knowgood for quite literally getting me out of my hospital bed to dance, and for your amazing home show this last weekend. Fresh out of surgery and I couldn’t help but make it to them. See you on the dance floor, and if you do, you have my consent to videotape me… As long as you send it to me. Every time I look back at videos of my people and I dancing, heals something in me.
