Today I had to say goodbye to my beautiful Nala. 💔🐾

I honestly don’t think I will ever meet another dog like you. You were the most well-behaved, gentle and loving dog I’ve ever known. You genuinely never did a thing wrong. You listened to everything I said, always trusted me, and somehow knew exactly how to make everything feel a little better.

You were the biggest, softest girl with the gentlest heart. Anyone who had the privilege of meeting you knew just how special you were. You weren’t just my dog — you were my family, my best friend, and such a huge part of my life.

The house feels so empty without you, and I would give anything for one more cuddle with you, one more look into those eyes, one more day together.

Thank you for giving me so many beautiful memories and for loving me as unconditionally as you did. I hope you’re somewhere peaceful, running around pain-free and being your big, soft, beautiful self. 🌈🐾

Life is all about balance but let me get one thing straight I’m not some training guru now pretending I’ll never have a drink etc again cause I’ve done couple weeks sober🤣but as the saying goes a healthy outside starts from the inside🙏🏽I know I will still be enjoying myself every now n again but having things to look forward to rather than 2/3 times a week in the pub i think is ok as long as your controlling your lifestyle🙌🏽 “Those who do not find time for exercise will have to find time for illness.”🫡 taken in Dubai,UAE by @stevohowe94

Can’t say I’ve ever been away and been so healthy.. nothing but training, good food, good company and plenty of ☀️ normally my trips contain stupid amounts of alcohol and other substances and don’t get me wrong I’m all for having a good time but this has been a wake up call for me I feel the best I’ve ever felt! I thought I was coming over to a warzone then it clicked that I was already in one at home with myself! Just makes you realise there’s more to life than just partying, as much as I don’t think I’ll never not enjoy a good party I just have that bug in me but week in week out is not good for no one physically or mentally and it’s only took me 15 years to wake up🤣start of this year was hell for me never been so depressed in my life and anyone who knows me properly knows I’m not a depressing guy what so ever but we all have them spells a suppose at some certain point in life and only the warriors survive🫡 but anyone that thinks drugs and alcohol is the answer is wrong it only makes you 10x worse. Some send off for my brother Jake Billington just like to thank everyone involved n the people who went to great lengths to give him the best possible send off you know who you are❤️ it’s going to be so strange not having you around. Us being the first to arrive n last to leave everywhere we went wandering about at end of night like ‘no parties no’😂had the best of it both the deep talks where we both end in tears, to the funny antics we got up too or just you putting a show on like a stand up act which also did but the better kind it’s mad cause just still doesn’t feel real can’t get my head round it don’t think I ever will! I’ll never forget you brother.
