At Stewart Senter Inc., we do things differently - and Victory Lap is proof.

Instead of a top-down walkthrough, we handed the mic to Bobby and Brett - our full-time Superintendent and Project Manager - because they lived this build day in and day out.

Our every project is staffed with dedicated, on-site supervision from start to finish. That means fewer delays, tighter execution and a deeper understanding of every detail from foundation to finish.

Victory Lap is not just a beautiful home - it is the result of a better process.

A backyard designed to feel like a private resort.

The custom Gunite pool features a full-length swim lane, sun deck with steps on both sides, a social bench that runs the entire length, and luxury glass tile throughout - all in a shallow layout perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Every element was thoughtfully built to extend the home’s elegance outdoors, with seamless transitions and timeless materials that invite year-round enjoyment.

Even the stairs have something to say here.

Solid white oak treads cantilevered off the wall, a full glass railing and a marble base at the landing. No visible supports holding it up, which is the whole point and the hardest part to build.

A staircase like this is engineered long before it looks this simple.

Save this for your dream home.

Four things a laundry room needs when it’s built right.

1. More than one set of machines. Two washers and two dryers, so the whole week gets done in one go.
2. A folding island. A dedicated surface for sorting and folding, not a spare corner of counter.
3. Floor-to-ceiling storage. Enough cabinetry to keep detergent, baskets and everything else out of sight.
4. Durable surfaces. Stone counters that take daily use and wipe clean, matched to the rest of the house.

The rooms you use most are the ones worth building right.

Save this for your own build.

Anyone can start a construction company. Not everyone has the team to run one like this.

From the first foundation pour to the final walkthrough, the same people see it through - the ones who’ve done it long enough to get every detail right.

That’s the part nobody can copy.

The first thing you see in the morning.

A primary suite with a silver-leaf tray ceiling, floor-to-ceiling glass and its own private terrace looking out over the pool and the grounds. The doors open the whole wall to the view, so the outside is part of the room before you’re even up.

This is what it looks like when a bedroom is designed around the view, not just pointed at it.

Save this for your dream home.

A bar, a lounge and a car behind glass. Would you add anything?

Every part of this basement was designed from the ground up, down to the display wall for the car.

Drop your one addition in the comments.

The small details are the ones you feel every day.

None of this is standard. It gets planned in from the start, because retrofitting it later never works as well.

Five pools. One question.

A waterfront infinity edge, a wooded backyard retreat, a clean modern rectangle and a classic pool with its own pool house.

Every one built into a different property and a different setting.

Which one’s yours? Tell us in the comments.

Everything in this home answers to one button.

Lights, climate and shades that drop for privacy on command - all designed in before the walls closed. That’s the part you can’t add later.
