: /: Sugar Rush (2025) // 7/30 /: November 26.11.2025. /: December 3.12. 2025. Paris // France Color: WHITE โšช๏ธ โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”- โ€œOn 26 November 2025, the birthday of artist Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Stefan Lukiฤ‡โ€™s parole โ€œStefan Lukiฤ‡ ne mange pas de sucre!โ€ appeared near his atelier on Rue de Ridder in Paris. This marked the beginning of a seven-day performance centered around Gonzalez-Torresโ€™s artworks โ€œUntitled (Portrait of Dad)โ€ and โ€œUntitled (Public Opinion)โ€, composed of white and black candies in wrappers, which visitors were allowed to take. Once per day, Lukiฤ‡ took four white candies from โ€œUntitled (Portrait of Dad)โ€ at the Bourse de Commerce, transported them by bicycle to Palais de Tokyo, and mixed them among the black candies of โ€œUntitled (Public Opinion)โ€. Met with surprise and wariness from staff, the performance, initially planned to last thirty days, ended after seven. By relocating the candies, Lukiฤ‡ stretches the permission given by Gonzalez-Torresโ€™s artworks to its limits, questioning the implicit rules and boundaries which structure exhibition spaces and regulate our participation and agency within them. The fact that the white candies at Palais de Tokyo were removed every day by the staff testifies to the fact that this authorization remains conditional, revealing the invisible limitations set by institutional and curatorial practices. Beyond questioning the interactive dynamics between institution, artwork, and spectator, Lukiฤ‡โ€™s performance appears to blur boundaries: have the two artworks now become one? Have the Bourse de Commerce and the Palais de Tokyo temporarily merged into a hybrid, transformative institution? In its audacity and its novelty, the performance opens new avenues for thinking about exhibition practices and how we engage with art within institutional frameworks.โ€ /โ€”//<<)) ( - โ€”- )) text: @diana.koprivica โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” special thx for text: @brusana โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” ph // @adrienthibault ph/ @werfol__ โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” supp: @seecult โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€” #stefanlukiฤ‡ #stefanlukic #contemporaryart by @stf_luc

//: Stefan Lukiฤ‡ Grand Tour 2025: Nulla dies sine linea ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น #newwork 30 days โ€“ 232.5 km of lines โ€“ across 5 countries ~~~___~~~__~~~___~~~__~~___~~ ~ supported by @domusartistresidency 1st June // 30th June // 2025 โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”- ,,Inspired by the motto of the ancient painter Apelles mottoโ€œnot a day without a lineโ€, Stefan Lukiฤ‡ reflects on how this principle, which was once a call for consistent artistic practise, has been absorbed into todayโ€™s hyper-productive, profit-orientated culture. In an age where even free time is branded as โ€œserious digital leisureโ€, the pressure to produce something โ€” be it through social media posts or professional performances โ€” is constant and relentless. Lukiฤ‡โ€™s residency at Domus in Galatina challenges this mindset by transforming the Grand Tour, a symbol of elite artistic education, into a performance of daily endurance through running. From 1 June 2025, he will extend his run by 500 metres every day, drawing metaphorical lines across Italy via Strava that reflect the burden of daily work and ever-increasing expectations. His project not only traces space, but also time โ€” a nostalgic search for lost rhythms and a longing for moments that may never have existed, and the question of whether time can still be enjoyed rather than consumed. While the Grand Tour once offered aristocrats cultural enrichment, todayโ€™s reality replaces reflection with โ€œactiveโ€ holidays and constant stimulation. Lukiฤ‡โ€™s work invites us to pause and ask ourselves: can we still slow down, rest and rediscover a meaningful relationship with time โ€” or are we forever condemned to live by the line? โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”- //(< text: #anaknezeviccekic )) @brusana ~~ edit :/ @benedettabattocchio ~~ edit :(/ #jovanmarkoviฤ‡ // โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”- Special thx // : @ana__todosijevic @emma_pasquer @lukserbia_woodworks @ljilja_vukovic @ninajaya_ #fabioscrivanti โ€”โ€”โ€”- supp @paurossignol supp @gioia_assai โ€”โ€”โ€”- thx @seecult @ves_milos thx @nova.rs_portal @dzukelic thx @oglasnatabla ~~~~~~ Ph: @lorenzo_tundo1 V: @thejurylife ~~~~~~~ #contemporaryart #stefanlukic #stefanlukiฤ‡ by @stf_luc
