🇬🇧 Here are the first three images of my latest watch, the Vuarim Doppelwerk. Although the case and the layout is similar to the Cartier Tank Dual Time, I definitely didn't want to create yet another Art Deco design, so I drew inspiration instead from 1980s car gauges.

🇩🇪 Hier kommen die ersten drei Bilder von meiner neusten Uhr, der Vuarim Doppelwerk. Wenngleich Gehäuse und Aufteilung ähnlich der Cartier Tank Dual Time sind, wollte ich auf keinen Fall ein weiteres Art Deco Design machen und habe mich stattdessen von Autoinstrumenten der 1980er inspirieren lassen.

Because the dial changes colour depending on how the light hits it, I tried to meet the green of the scooter. I think I got the angle just right!

And here it is: My watch with a dial featuring hand-carved details, inspired by A. Lange & Söhne‘s Handwerkskunst models. 😎 It shares many details with other watches in my collection (SE.AX, Chicaro Atlantik) as I made it as a practice piece. 🤠

Even so, I will wear it often. Therefore I fitted a high-quality bracelet from Arroway (@arrowaybracelets_secondary - aka the Masters of Mesh) which my friend Mike Stuffler had kindly given me recently (@mikestuffler: Once again, thanks a million! 🙏❤️❤️❤️)
