🗣️ We are back with some tips and practices that you can try.

💪🏻 Struggling to recevie the ball under pressure?

1️⃣ Chop your stride pattern and set a wide base as the ball arrives

2️⃣ Left hand & stick away from the body to create room between the trap and your feet

3️⃣ Receive inside the right foot to prevent you being shave tackled

4️⃣ Get moving as soon as you can post receive, even drop a fake in to give yourself more time on the exit.
