Donate today and be a part of our 13th production! ✨ 🔗 in bio to donate 💕 Still Inspired is a Chicago-based dance company that engages audience members through live performance. Highly collaborative at its core, the company features visual artists and their work which serve as inspiration for choreographers to create their own work. Each performance offers audience members a glimpse into the creative process through a Q&A with the choreographers and visual artist, serving as a jumping-off point from which viewers are free to form their own interpretations. With your support, we can fund our 13th partnership with visual artist @mannebach_art and bring a brand-new dance premiere to life in 2027! This endeavor supports a wide network of artists, including dance, visual art, photography, videography, lighting design, stage management, & teaching artists. Production costs include rehearsal space, performance venue, costumes, set and props, marketing, liability insurance, annual business expenses, arts administration, and more. Supporting this project provides meaningful opportunities and a wide array of benefits for our local artistic community. We thank you for your consideration and generosity! ✨ Save-The-Date! Our 13th annual production takes place on April 9 & 10, 2027 at Ruth Page Center for the Arts in Chicago, IL. #chicagodance #chicagoart #inspiration #collaboration #premiere by @still.inspired

✨Special Announcement!✨ Jennifer Mannebach @mannebach_art is Still Inspired’s FEATURED visual artist for the organization’s 13th Season! @bphare & @thurston.laura were lucky enough to interview Jennifer IN STUDIO this past June, and are currently in brainstorm/meeting mode for the 2027 production inspired by Jennifer’s work. We are incredibly excited and honored to be on this journey, and look forward to sharing the creative process with the performing cast, ultimately premiering a new work in April, 2027 an @ruthpagecenter. Please stay tuned! ✨ —— Jennifer Mannebach is a Chicago based artist who is interested in the borders and edges of where things collect, and how boundaries are created and represented. She exploits the potential of material relationships, playing with translucency and dynamic shifts in scale, with respect to malleability at the seams. Materials find a home with each other, but always with a looming tectonic shift. She received her MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she subsequently taught for 6 years. She is the Director of the O’Connor Gallery at Dominican University, an adjunct professor at Concordia University Chicago, an artist/researcher with CAPE, and an advocate for many of her artist friends at Little City Foundation, where she was an art facilitator for 15 years. Awards include Illinois Arts Council Fellowship, CAAP grants, IAC grants, and the Governor’s International Arts Exchange Grant. More to come- please stay tuned! #stillinspired #collaboration #danceperformance #visualart chicagodance by @still.inspired
