9 more months to go..what’s next on your 2026 bingo card? by @still2phat

No I’m not going anywhere. UAE WE GOT THIS🙌🏻 by @still2phat

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱.

Skip the kind of getaway that leaves you starting over on Monday.
Come back recharged, refocused, and ready to crush the end of year madness.

Picture waking up in a private oceanfront bungalow, hidden in lush greenery yet just steps from some of the most pristine beaches in the world.

All within Zuri Zanzibar, the island’s only 5-star resort on the west cost.

From the moment you arrive at the airport in Dubai, everything is handled.

Flights, transfers, chef-crafted meals, and private adventures designed for only twelve professionals who want to return home reignited, not remorseful.

Mornings start with mobility, Pilates, yoga, and breath-work on the beach to restore focus and energy.

Days unfold with a private catamaran cruise to Mnemba Island, swimming with wild dolphins, guided horse rides in shallow turquoise waters, a tropical forest hike ending with a zipline thrill, or a hidden cave plunge that feels like being reborn in another world.

Evenings slow down over sunset dinners, engaging conversation, and rest that actually lasts.

No planning.
No crowds.
No decisions to make.

Just five days of clarity, connection, and complete renewal so you come back ready to lead, perform, and feel alive again.

You don’t need another crash diet, juice detox or risking your health with Ozempic.

It’s literally as simple as:

1️⃣ 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝟯𝘅 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 with real effort (1-2 reps shy of failure) on a full-body split, so should you miss a session you still train al muscles twice weekly.

Hack: Track your workouts and gradually keep adding weight and reps

2️⃣ 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝟳.𝟱–𝟭𝟬𝗞 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 instead of wasting hours on low-intensity cardio and add no more than 5min HIIT cardio at the end of strength training

Hack: A walking desk is a game changer!

3️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝟮𝟬-𝟯𝟬% 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁 by tracking food for 30 days while eating 80% single-ingredient foods for fuel and nourishment, 20% for fun and indulgence

Hack: Create a FREE MyFitnessPal account, it will do everything for you.

4️⃣ 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 to your ideal bodyweight in Lbs × 1.8g and spread across 3+ meals to avoid stuffing yourself in the evenings.

Hack: Kick off the day with a protein smoothie to crush 10am office hunger pangs

5️⃣ 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 6.5+ hrs minimum, same bed and wake time. There’s no coffee or supplement that can replace this.

Hack: Set a sleep reminder, not just an alarm!

Stick to these for the next 90 days and by the end of the year you’ll be back in your prime, guaranteed!

𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝟯𝟱 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡’𝗧 𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘. 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬’𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗙.

Not because of your age.
Not because of your genetics.
But because your body and mind adapt in both directions.

Every year you stay inactive…

You move less.
Burn less.
Believe in yourself less.

Until one day it’s not about “being fit and looking good” anymore.

It’s about struggling to get out of your car.
Your bathtub.
Your own bed.

Here’s the news flash:

Average life expectancy in the GCC is 80 to 84 years.

If you’re 44 like me, and already feeling old, achy, and fragile, that means another 40 years of feeling even worse unless something changes.

Want some good news, too?

So stop overthinking it.

You don’t need perfection. You need structure.
A system that works for you. Not against you.
And someone to hold the line with you when life gets messy.

And the best part?

This isn’t some motivational fit-fluencer fluff or wishful thinking.

There are things we can’t control.

We get older, lose hair and eyesight is not what it was at 20.

That’s life.

You can’t change your birthdate, but you can rewrite your health trajectory.

I’ve leveraged my 14 years corporate background and 12 years coaching experience to built 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟵𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲-𝗤-𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

If you think getting lean means spending more time away from your family, think again.

Here’s how you can burn fat without leaving office work or your loved ones behind:

✔️ Place a simple ab mat on your treadmill console
✔️ Handle emails, team calls, or knock out your travel expenses -all while walking

An hour at a slow pace can give you 5,000+ steps, burn ~300 kcal (more if inclined ) and help you lose an additional half a kilo of fat each month.

All without sacrificing quality time with your kids and wife nor work piling up.

This is how busy professionals get lean and stay lean year-round while actually spending less time stuck at the office.

If you’ve ever used a plate-loaded chest press machine, you know the problem:

That dead-start at the bottom hurts your shoulders or forces you to use blocks that cut out the most muscle building part of the lift, the deep stretch.

Here’s the fix:

Wedge a large weight plate between the machine arm and the frame under a slight angle.

This brings the handles up to help you push off safely without having to ask for anyone’s help.

Once you’re moving, the plate falls away and voila🪄

You get the full range of motion without grinding your joints.

✅ Shoulders saved
✅ Chest properly trained
✅ No awkward lift-off requests ever again

This is the type of training tweak that separates smart lifters from guys who just load plates and hope for the best.

❌Crunches will not burn belly fat.

❌Side bends will not melt love handles.

❌Decline cable flyes will not torch chest fat.

If any of that worked, every guy in the gym would already be shredded.

Here’s the truth nobody’s telling you👇

Fat loss does not come from training a specific muscle.

Your body does not burn fat from the area you are working out.

If that logic was real, overweight people would have shredded cheeks from chewing all day.

So why does the fat around your abs, chest, or love handles seem to stick?

Think of yourself as a snowman⛄️

Your forearms and calves are the small top ball (thinnest layer of fat), your chest and thighs are the middle, and your belly and love handles are the big bottom ball (much thicker layer)

The sun is your caloric deficit.

As the snowman melts, the top shrinks first, then the middle, then the bottom.

Progress is happening everywhere, but you you don’t see it as much in the “stubborn areas” as there’s a lot more to melt.

The only proven way is a consistent caloric deficit.

Eat less, move more, or ideally both. That is it.

No spot reduction. No magic exercises.

How ignorant, naive and honestly dumb can a grown up man be to “buy into” things like “No Alcohol Challenge According To Age”?!?

𝟱 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝟰𝟰👇

Living in Dubai for 22+ years means traveling “home for a 4-week break” every summer.

For 21 years straight, I came back softer, heavier and frustrated.

This year was finally different, here’s what changed..

𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 – Preserving my body composition takes far less effort than pushing for progress. I can eat more, train less and still hold onto what I’ve built. This removes the fear of “falling off the wagon” and lets me pick up where I left off instead of “getting back on track” for the 22nd time.

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 – A few chicken strips on a salad won’t cut it for a 95 kg man in his 40s. I stock protein powder and high-protein groceries/snacks. Higher protein keeps me full, speeds fat loss and slows down regain — crucial when food choices aren’t perfect.

𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 – I keep my nutrition, supplements and sleep consistent. That rhythm makes everything easier. A 45-min hotel gym session before breakfast gives me the same win I’m used to without sacrificing family time.

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 – In Dubai, work often cuts into my personal time. On break, I flip that — hitting new gyms, walking more, biking, hiking and working on mobility while my kids play. Time is a gift, and I use it before life gets hectic again.

𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 – I enjoy a few bites, get the flavour, then pass the rest to my kids. Combining this with eating each “cheat meal” only once has been my biggest win.

It all comes down to a mindset adjustment.

I haven’t worked for months to ruin it in few weeks. Maintaining my shape on holiday has broken the weight loss / weight gain cycle and is a huge mental relief.

But what if you still need to get in shape before learning to maintain it?

Next Monday I’m opening doors to the 𝟴-𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗘𝘅𝗲-𝗤-𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 to help you drop up to 10 kg of fat while learning how to keep it off for good.

𝗙𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄?

Just put a damn t-shirt on bro❗️

After 23 years in Dubai, I feel extremely out of place whenever I am forced to enter a public area in my training outfit (shorts and often a tank top) and would literally NEVER wear such outfot in a mall, out of respect to the culture of the country that welcomed me with open arms.
