125g of rice, 125g of ground beef, some seasonings, and fresh basil from the garden that literally dried itself for me. 🌿🤣 Michelin stars? Absolutely not. Macros? DIALED IN. 💪🏽😂

Mix it all together and BOOM… gourmet dog food. 🐕🍚🥩 And honestly? It hits EVERY TIME.

The lesson? You don’t need a five-star meal to hit your goals. Sometimes the simplest meals get the job done… even if they look like something you’d serve your dog. 😭💀

POV: You finish leg day, do an HOUR on the StairMaster while editing videos, sweat out your entire existence, sit in a 200° sauna… just to go home and eat BOY DINNER. 😭💀😂

And yes, I stood up straight on that StairMaster the WHOLE time. We’re suffering with good posture over here. 🤣🫡
