| Non-doing & finding flow |

The non-doing concept of the Alexander Technique is not an empty gesture of “doing nothing”, but it is closer to aligning our movement with the inner flow of the body.
The quality of such movement does not involve struggle and does not ask for excessive effort.

Rather it involves a more effortless approach where we are able to move freely with the flow of the moment and respond freely to whatever situation that arises.
