Cosmic Crusade No. 10

One of the hardest photos I took from this production. This shot was so dark and our actor passed though this spot very briefly.

Originally I wasn’t a fan of it but I think it’s becoming one of my favorites.

✨🍃 “In them is the light of the stars” 🍃✨

This was my first ever photo shoot with a professional photographer, and my jaw is still on the floor! Here is the first of the *dreamy* photos we took this day, more photos to come soon!✨

🐴 Capri - Andalusian Stallion, goodest boy, MVP

Shout out to Danielle our wonderful horse trainer for loaning to us and wrangling your majestic pony, @anubace for lending his modeling & posing expertise, and @webheadedhero the loveliest assistant who had to drive for an hour when I forgot a costume piece. To @mrsrachelstiles for making my hair so dang pretty! And of course Jake @stillsharpe_ for taking my new favorite photos of me ever!!

5 years ago I took this photo on the first day of the first feature film I ever worked on.

The previous still photographer was let go the previous day so going into this position was a little terrifying.

After being introduced to our lead, and seeing a moment I asked in between setups if he could just open the door again and later this frame was used for marketing of the film.

Consider myself lucky that I get to do what I do and hope I get to keep doing it for a long time.

A few days late but… Happy World Photography Day!

We shot this just after the Attack on Titan set with the very last light of the day, really happy with how they came out.

Last light in Malibu shooting the extremely talented @connorjperry alongside @benjamin_farren during some rough waves.

Using the Helios from @ironglassadapters to get a more hazy and vintage feeling.

“Okay Thor…hit me!”

This might be one of my favorite photos I’ve ever taken and am really pleased with how the edit turned out.

Huge hats off to @frankly_built for all the hard work and attention to detail put into this armor. It is truly a spectacle when you are up close and personal.

Once Frank and I moved away from the crowd to this spot to shoot the hair on my arm stood up and I felt like a kid seeing a real life Iron Man.

In the spirit of music videos and @mjfarren here is a cover from “Carrots”.

You can see the lead up to the final shot (in reverse). @benjamin_farren had the main angle and nothing I was shooting was working so during a break explained to Ben my idea and explained it to talent and thankfully they thought it was worth it.

Literally the first try of this shutter drag was THE shot.

Oh and there’s Matt deep in the background. 😅

A mining town can get a little spooky sometimes, but a pretty incredible place to shoot.

Happy Halloween!
