Philippians 4:6-7 TPT

Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell him every detail of your life,

then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ. by @stillwaterswithoye

Some days you don't need answers. You just need thirty quiet minutes. 🕊️

Three Bible-based meditations in one — for the days you're running on empty, the days you need comfort more than explanation, and the days your emotions show up before you can make sense of them.

Strength. Comfort. Emotions.

Episode 3 is live. 🕊️

"God's Spirit Guides My Emotions" — for the crying you can't explain, the irritation out of nowhere, the heaviness with no obvious cause.

Peace, patience, gentleness, self-control — you don't have to manufacture those on your own. They're fruit His Spirit grows in you. (Galatians 5:22-23)

The verse our whole page is named after. 🕊️

"He leads me beside still waters, he restores my soul." — Psalm 23:2

Save this one for the day you need to be reminded that rest isn't lazy — it's where He restores you.

Chapter 2 is live. 🕊️

"Healing and Comfort" — for the seasons that ask more of you than you have to give. When you need comfort more than answers, and you just need to be held for a moment.

Happy new month. 🤍

However last month went, whether you finished strong or barely finished at all, you get to start here. Gently.

Peace over your mind. Rest for your body. Grace for every day ahead.

Save this one and come back to it when the month gets loud.

Some ministries begin with a plan.

This one began with weakness.

During my pregnancy, I walked through a season where I couldn't engage with God the way I was used to. Reading Scripture felt difficult. Prayer required more strength than I had. Even worship music and messages became over stimulating.

Yet in that place, God met me.

That season birthed my book, Oh Baby, God's Got Us!
Looking back now, I realize the book wasn't the destination, it was the beginning.

Today, I'm so grateful to introduce Still Waters with Oye, a ministry dedicated to Bible-based guided meditations and Scripture affirmations for every season of life.

Whether you're carrying heavy burdens, navigating motherhood, battling anxiety, longing for rest, or simply desiring a deeper place with God, my prayer is that these meditations become a place where you can be still before Him.

Our very first meditation, God's Strength in Weakness, is now live on YouTube and Spotify.

I'd be honoured if you'd join this journey by following @StillWatersWithOye and subscribing to the YouTube channel (link in my bio).

Thank you for walking this journey with me. I can't wait to see what God does through this new chapter. 🌿💙
