DAVID BOWIE SLEEP PARALYSIS

On the night of the 7th January 2024 I experienced hours of sleep paralysis where all of David Bowie’s life possessions were being piled on top of me in bed. For a while it got heavier and heavier and I couldn’t move. Then later an auctioneer arrived and sold the stuff off bit by bit to a crowd, lightening the load until sunrise.
The next day there were constant streams of photos of Bowie on instagram that freaked me out until I realised it was his birthday.
Been meaning to do this painting since then, might try do more versions at some point. by @stingray_ryder
